I am Daniel Bermejo Oyarzun, but you can call me Dani. I was born in San Sebastián, Spain, and I am 28 years old.

I studied Tourism and Hospitality Management and have developed my career in hotel operations and revenue management, which provides me with valuable insights to share.

I am passionate about the hospitality industry and have hands-on experience working in various hotel settings. I am currently working as a Multi-Property Revenue Manager, and I have previously worked as a Deputy Manager at a seasonal hotel complex in Menorca, where I collaborated closely with the Rooms Division and Food & Beverage teams. In this role, I focused heavily on optimizing pricing strategies, implementing rate fences, and using data-driven forecasting to improve revenue performance. This experience strengthened my commitment to exploring how technology and strategic pricing can help hotels maximize revenue while delivering exceptional guest experiences. I have also worked as a Housekeeping Manager in a large city hotel in Munich, Germany, and gained operational experience in boutique hotels in Brussels, Belgium.

In 2024, I launched a Hotel Management website to stay up to date with industry trends and best practices. I am eager to continue learning and contributing value to the hospitality industry by helping hoteliers achieve their business objectives while ensuring guests enjoy memorable and high-quality experiences.

In my current position as a Revenue Manager, my goal is to contribute to hotel success by implementing innovative revenue management strategies, such as expanding rate fences, analyzing historical data, and leveraging buyer characteristics to optimize pricing. I also aim to foster stronger connections between hotel owners, staff, and industry professionals to drive both short-term profitability and long-term success.
