I studied Tourism and Business and Law, and recently completed my Master’s in Hospitality Management. My extensive knowledge of hotel operations, including revenue management, marketing, and staff training, provides me with valuable insights to share.

I am passionate about the hospitality industry and have hands-on experience working in various hotel settings. In my most recent role as Deputy Manager at a seasonal hotel complex in Menorca, I worked closely with teams in the Rooms Division and Food & Beverage departments. I focused heavily on optimizing pricing strategies, working with rate fences, and using data-driven forecasting to improve revenue management. This experience deepened my commitment to exploring how technology and strategic pricing can help hotels maximize revenue while providing exceptional guest experiences. I am particularly interested in refining my understanding of pricing optimization and developing better tools for demand forecasting.

In 2024, I started a Hotel Management Website to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. I am excited to continue learning and adding value to the industry by helping hoteliers achieve their business objectives, all while ensuring guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience.

My goal is to contribute to the success of hotels by implementing innovative revenue management strategies, such as introducing more rate fences, analyzing historical data, and using buyer characteristics to optimize pricing. I aim to create stronger connections between hotel owners, staff, and industry professionals to drive both short-term profitability and long-term success.
